Returns

From the time you have received the item, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you are not satisfied with the purchase. The right of withdrawal can be invoked regardless of the reason. To be able to return the goods, they must be in unbroken original packaging (broken packaging on our cushion covers is accepted, however) and in unaltered condition. Contact our customer service if you want to return your purchase and you will receive a return slip.


For returns within Sweden, we charge a return shipping cost of SEK 80 upon the refund. For international returns, the same rules apply with the only difference being that the cost deducted from the refund is the same as the cost of the original shipping.


For orders that are not picked up at the post office, SEK 80 is charged for the return shipping within Sweden. For international orders, a cost corresponding to the original shipping cost is charged.

ATTENTION! We do not have open purchase, exchange or return rights on cut meter goods, posters and custom made wallpaper such as Firebird and Betty Pretty.

Shipping

Standard shipping within Sweden costs SEK 80. We use the DHL and DHL Express service and the packages end up at the nearest agent.


We normally ship the goods within 1-4 working days of ordering. Around holidays, holidays and promotions, the delivery time may be longer.
The shipping time varies slightly from country to country.


When the ordered goods have left our warehouse, you will be notified of this via SMS or email. Another message is sent to the customer when the ordered goods are available for collection at a postal agent or that it is time to choose a time for home delivery. It usually takes 1-2 working days for the goods to arrive at the courier after they leave our warehouse.

DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the post or transport company's handling, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

DELIVERY

We do our utmost for fast deliveries if the item is in stock. Expect 2-5 working days. If our stock balance is incorrect and the item is out of stock, you will receive an email from us.

Wallpaper samples are sent by regular mail to the mailbox.

If you enter the wrong delivery address, which leads to us getting the shipment back, an extra fee of SEK 75 will be added for shipping and extra administration.

Taxes & Import Duties

For international customers outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes and charges may be added by the destination country. Such additional costs are paid by the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what applies to your order.
