What is the status of my order?
Once you have cleared the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes
after your order, please check your spam. We treat
your order within 2-4 working days. During holidays and sales, it may take a few extra days.
When the order has left Studio Lisa Bengtsson's warehouse, you will be informed
the customer via e-mail. Another message is sent to the customer when they
the ordered goods are available for collection at the post office or
ready for home delivery.
